Terms of delivery

Products on stock are usually sent out within one week. Nevertheless, please order as early as possible. Transport is normally by DPD parcel service or UPS standard (±2-3 days within Europe). To non-EU-countries we generally ship by air mail or by surface mail. To overseas countries we ship by TNT economy express. Shipping and packing are billed with € 5.- + the shipping costs, from € 200,- only the shipping costs. All deliveries are made according to our "General sales conditions" available on request.

Terms of payment

All prices are exclusive VAT. If you have a VAT-Id.-Nr. within the EU, please indicate it along with your order. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Check our web-site for actual information. Normally we deliver upon invoice (EU, CH, FL, IS, N). If you want to pay by Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard / AmEx), please let us know your Credit Card number and expiry date, forsecurity reasons preferably by fax or telephone.
Payments can also be made within 30 days by bank transfer, within 14 days with 3% discount, onto our account 26 76 73 701 Postbank Stuttgart, IBAN: DE74600100700267673701, SWIFT-Code PBNKDEFF. Please note that we don't accept foreign checks.
