Features:

  • Fast purification of the air.
  • Purges the pollutant outgassing from the showcase itself and all gaseous degradation by-products of the artefact's decay
  • Produces no volatile reactants or by-products
  • All-purpose. Effective against all pollutants, which corrode copper.
  • The effectiveness of the filter depends on the construction and the impermeability of the showcase!
  • The filter should be replaced at least after six months
  • Battery lifetime: approx. 10 weeks with Duracell or Panasonic batteries
  • Dimensions: 70 x 105 x 80 mm (w x h x d)

Important information :
We do not recommend the use of the filtration system in atmospheres in which alkanes, alkenes and ketones are present. Consequently, we cannot recommend its use in the presence of spirit-preserved collections.

The Active Foam Filtration System (AFFS) will purge harmful airborne pollutants from cabinet atmospheres. A self-contained unit pumps the internal atmosphere of the cabinet through specially impregnated foam. The reactive surfaces within the foam interact with airborne chemical pollutants to neutralize them as they pass through, leaving a purged atmosphere inside the showcase.

Features:

  • Purges the pollutant outgassing from the showcase itself and all gaseous degradation by-products of the artefact's decay
  • Produces no volatile reactants or by-products
  • Universally applicable and effective against most pollutants
  • The effectiveness of the Omega Filter depends on the construction and the impermeability of the showcase!
  • The filter clip should be replaced after every three show case purges, or every six months

Terms of sales and delivery

Products on stock are usually sent out within one week. Nevertheless, please order as early as possible. Transport is normally by FedEx Economy (±2-3 days within Europe), carriage is charged according to weight, dimensions and number of parcels.
