Versatile instruments for various applications we can also recommend from our own experience. With Polystar 300 D you can seal strong sheets and even overlaps perfectly, as well as bubble wrap and TYVEK. Light weight pliers for mobile use and fatigue free work. The sealing process is initiated by pressing the green button on the handhold. Seal width: 3 mm. For airtight packing use 2-3 seams. Beak-shaped pliers allow seams up to 100mm from the edge of the foil. Very useful for individual packaging.

We can recommend the Joke SZ due to many years of application in our own production. The 8mm seal seam width works perfectly for high quality sealings e.g. airtight seals. We seal aluminium barrier foils, polyethylene (0.2 mm), PE/PA laminates and also TYVEK. We recommend the single-side heated pliers for films up to 2 x 0.2 mm. The Joke SZ is also available with double-side heated pliers for films up to 2 x 0.4 mm.
Sealing process occurs automatically after squeezing the jaw.
Impulse hand held sealers require an impulse unit where the capacity corresponds to the heating band dimensions.
